Reason #1: "I don't know if I have the time to do another program."
Amber's Response: I get it. I have a husband and four kids and am well-acquainted with "busy." But being busy doesn’t necessarily mean being productive. That’s why The Anxiety Reset is absolutely focused on simple systems and processes that reap BIG results. Let me ask you, do you have time to make more money and have more fun doing it? If so, you've got time for this program.
Reason #2: "I'm not sure a mom course is actually what's going to ease my anxiety and overwhelm."
Amber's Response: I feel you. I know it may seem strange to get a "mom course" when I'm sure you're already a super fantastic mom. But what I've found over the years, is that we have big dreams and big goals -- and sometimes we feel like we're all alone and we're tired and scared we're gonna screw something up. You're not alone! And I want to help you streamline how you plan your day and how you stay grounded and take care of YOU so you can be at the top of your game for your kids, your spouse, and your work.
Reason #3: "I don't have the money."
Amber's Response: Usually you're thinking this because you either A) don't see the value in it, or B) doubt your ability to implement what I teach. Maybe you've tried other things and failed. Maybe you've invested in other courses and programs and weren't able to see a difference or stick with the things you learned (or never even finished them).
Let's say you establish routines and ways of thinking that allow you lots of free time to play with your kids and deepen your connection with your spouse (less fighting anyone?). Better relationships means you avoid the cost of therapy, divorce, childcare, camps...all adding up to tens of thousands of dollars. Would you choose to afford the course then?
Reason #4: "Is this the wisest thing to invest in when we're finally coming out of “Coronapocalypse?”
Amber's Response: Only you can make a wise decision for your family and yourself. And I firmly believe that if you’re meant to be part of this course, you’ll know.
I will say this, though: Unfortunately, when something is in a downward spiral, it mostly keeps going in that direction unless you make a MAJOR shift. I can't think of a single time when it would NOT benefit your family OR your emotional wellbeing to get the systems and mindset that work, to have coaching and accountability to stay motivated and inspired and to get grounded in your own self-care so that you have the life you want. It's most often after going through a particularly challenging experience that we gain clarity on what is working well and what is NOT working well.
Reason #5: "This probably won't work for me because I've never worked with a coach like this before."
Amber's Response: I have the personal belief that everyone on the planet should have a coach. And I don't just say that because I am one. The truth is, we're not experts at everything. I get coaching for the things that I'm struggling with. If your mom life isn't the blissful and fulfilling dream you thought it would be, you probably would benefit from getting the tools to live a happier life. Your partner and kiddos will benefit too. Imagine teaching them the same tools I'll teach you to be at peace, reduce anxiety, not get overwhelmed, and do anything in this world they want. What if you can be a role model for that? What you'll discover when you join is that there's a tribe of moms like you secretly struggling with some of the same things you are. Trust me, it's safe in here. You'll get a community of women who understand the challenges (and the joys!) of being a mom.
